Improved workflow AI generation. Workflows will now include more, and more detailed phases and criteria.
Action criteria have a purpose! - Actions generated as a record moves through a workflow can now have a "purpose", which will be added to the action when it's automatically created. This helps people understand valuable context around the work they do.
Rich action descriptions - use bullet points, attachments, bold, italics and more to describe your actions
Action cards - adding to our existing list and timeline views of actions, you can now choose to view them as cards. Grouping, sorting, custom data display, and drag-and-drop are all supported, so your action interaction has loads more traction!
